NexGard Chews are safe on puppies that are two months old 8 weeks of age or older.

NexGard Chews have been proven to have no adverse effects. The most frequently reported adverse reactions include diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy, and itching.

One of the amazing things about NexGard Chews is they can be used to help treat seizures in older dogs while preventing parasitic infections. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders. Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection prior to starting a preventive.
